Job Description
Focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!
• Support store managers by providing accurate data, reports, and actionable insights to enhance daily operations
• Prepare and share operational reports and performance dashboards with the Operations Manager
• Monitor store performance on an hourly basis to ensure delays remain within target and take proactive actions when needed
• Track and analyze key KPIs (productivity, fulfillment, delays, stock accuracy) and highlight performance gaps
• Maintain and update operational dashboards and tracking tools for real-time visibility
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all operational reports and systems
• Proactively follow up with store teams on performance issues and track execution of action plans
• Coordinate with Demand and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth stock flow and availability
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
• Support capacity planning, workforce allocation, and workload balancing across stores
• Monthly closure by ensuring SOP compliance for Invoices and returns submitted to finance
 
• University Graduate degree in (Business, Supply Chain, Operation Management)  or other related field
• Strong Communication Skills 
• Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities 
• Proficiency in using operational software, and data analysis tools & presentation skills.
