Position Summary

This Admin Support role will serve as a shared resource for both Legal and Finance teams at the Roppongi office. The position will handle contract management, document filing, translation, commission rate reviews, and general administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency across both functions.

What will you do?

• Primary support areas: Legal Team and Finance Team

• Comprehensive administrative support, including the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools

• Organization and management of files, documents, and contracts

• Translation assistance for business documents

• Review commission rates for non-standard merchant contracts against system entries

• Cross-check contract terms for accuracy and consistency

• Perform general administrative support tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative support

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Strong attention to accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems

• English proficiency preferred

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
