About the role
We are looking for an experienced Administration Consultant to join our professional services team. In this role, you will lead administrative strategy, streamline operational processes, and provide high-level advisory. You will be the go-to expert for complex administrative challenges, driving efficiency and best-practice adoption across the organization.
Key responsibilities
Advise clients and senior leadership on administrative processes, governance frameworks, and operational best practices
Assess, redesign, and implement administrative systems and workflows to improve efficiency and compliance
Lead and mentor junior administrative staff, fostering a high-performance team culture
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures
Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to coordinate business operations
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to protect operational continuity
Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, operations, or a related consulting role
Proven track record of delivering process improvement initiatives in a corporate environment
Strong project management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at executive level
High proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise tools (e.g. ERP, CRM platforms)
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgement and minimal supervision
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
