Admin Associate (Part-time)

We are looking for a part-time Operations / Admin Associate to support a fast-growing startup operating at the intersection of technology and innovation. This role will help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, support the CEO, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
• Schedule investor / VC calls and help keep meeting logistics organized
• Monitor shared inboxes and flag urgent requests
• Respond to simple emails or route messages to the right person
• Track bills, expenses, and invoices to make sure nothing gets missed
• Help keep documents, spreadsheets, and records organized
• Follow up with vendors, partners, or team members when needed
• Jump in on general admin / ops tasks as they come up

Requirements:
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Clear written communication
• Experience with calendar management and scheduling
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, email, and spreadsheets
• Able to handle sensitive information professionally
• Startup mindset — flexible, proactive, and willing to figure things out

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting a founder or executive
• Experience with expenses, bookkeeping, or admin operations
• Experience working with startups or small teams
• Comfortable working across time zones

Schedule

• 10–15 hours per week to start
• Hours may increase over time depending on needs
• Flexible, but must be responsive during agreed working windows
