General Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervises
• Screen telephone calls and assist in HR duties as required
• Maintain files for consumers medical records
• Must be sensitive to confidential matters
• Perform a variety of internet research functions
• Fill in when needed to cover incoming calls
• Perform other projects, duties, and task considered necessary for the well-being of the company
• Oversee the ordering supplies for staff in making sure that we are spending within our budget
• Making sure that all computers, telephones and office equipment are working properly
