We are seeking for two (2) dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistants to join our Credit Control team for a 2-month intensive project. The primary focus of this role is the digital organization of our records. This is a high-volume data management project that requires speed, precision, and unwavering commitment.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Digital File Processing: Manage a high volume of PDF documents daily.
• PDF Splitting & Sorting: Accurately split bulk PDF files into individual documents.
• Systematic Renaming: Rename each file according to specific Invoice Reference Numbers and internal naming conventions.
• Data Integrity: Ensure 100% accuracy in file naming to prevent errors in the Credit Control system.
• Daily Targets: Meet and exceed daily volume quotas to ensure the project stays on schedule for the 2-month deadline.


Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field.
• Proficient in basic computer operations. Experience with PDF editing tools (Adobe) is a major advantage.
• Must be able to commit to the full 2-month contract period without significant leave requirements.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high energy and focus.
• Able to work with minimal supervision once the workflow is explained.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.

• Multitask and manage high volumes of digital documentation.
• A team player who takes ownership of their assigned tasks.
• Proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
