Responsibilities / Tasks

Cerchiamo un candidato da inserire nel dipartimento Installation & Commissioning della divisione Bakery con il compito di garantire il follow-up operativo ed il supporto tecnico delle nostre apparecchiature e linee di produzione. Il candidato sarà anche responsabile dell’analisi delle non conformità, della gestione del materiale di garanzia e dell'esecuzione delle Root Cause Analisys (RCA) per la risoluzione delle problematiche di cantiere.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• È responsabile del coordinamento delle attività di installazione, messa in servizio e accettazione delle linee
• Preparazione degli interventi tecnici mediante raccolta di informazioni, disegni e schemi necessari
• Assicurare il supporto tecnico ai tecnici trasfertisti (FSE) in cantiere per garantire la buona riuscita degli interventi
• Supervisione delle attività per garantire il rapido completamento e l'accettazione dei progetti collaborando attivamente con i dipartimenti di produzione, ufficio tecnico e spedizioni
• Raccolta delle informazioni necessarie per inviare parti mancanti o di modifica nei cantieri di installazione
• Troubleshoot problematiche e relative RCA al fine di correggere e prevenire non conformità di cantiere
• Ha una piena esposizione internazionale, gestendo clienti in tutto il mondo

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Diploma/laurea tecnico possibilmente con indirizzo meccanico o elettromeccanico
• Esperienza nella gestione di commesse di linee e/o macchinari
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, lo spagnolo è considerato un plus
• Buona attitudine al problem solving
• Customer oriented
• Capacità di lettura di disegni meccanici, pneumatici e schemi elettrici
• Buona propensione alla comunicazione verbale e scritta
• Impegno costante e proattivo
• Buone capacità organizzative
• Ottima capacità di utilizzo del PC, specialmente conoscenza pacchetto Office e Autocad
• Conoscenza nell’uso del sistema gestionale SAP
