Add Roll Operator Lead - Label Printing

• Direct and monitor press crews, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production targets and deadlines.
• Set up, adjust, and operate high-speed roll printing presses (flexo, gravure, etc.), mounting plates, loading stock, filling inks, and configuring automated systems.
•  Pull samples, inspect for color, registration, density, and imperfections, making real-time adjustments to meet quality standards.
•  Diagnose and resolve mechanical or quality issues; perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, oiling, and minor repairs.
•  Manage job tracking, input settings, maintain production logs, and prepare for upcoming orders.
•  Train new operators on equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
•  Enforce safety protocols, participate in safety meetings, and maintain a clean, organized work area. 

• Proven experience as a press operator, ideally with leadership or team lead responsibilities in a roll printing environment.
•  Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read rulers/gauges, understand digital file prep, and operate printing software.
•  Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and ability to work under pressure.
• High school diploma/GED; vocational training in graphics or printing is beneficial. 

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $23.00 - $32.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
