    博世创新软件开发（无锡）有限公司针对交通出行的电动化、自动化、互联化、个性化，提供面向未来的创新技术和前沿解决方案，加速针对中国市场的技术战略的实现和发展。博世软件中心主要发展方向包括智能网联汽车、智能座舱、自动驾驶、车路云协同、工业4.0、人工智能大数据、智能家居、嵌入式软件服务。博世中国创新与软件开发中心以软件为客户赋能，在汽车自动驾驶、氢燃料电池、重卡电驱动桥、多合一的控制器等多个领域取得创新研发成果。

• 负责ADAS平台项目系统方案制定和系统架构设计
• 负责ADAS系统与整车的交互协议及其平台化方案设计 
• 负责客户需求(包含功能，法规等)的分析及拆解
• 负责系统需求的编写和维护
• 负责内部各模块的功能划分及其接口对齐
• 对接软件开发，测试与验证团队，分析重点技术问题,并同团队共同确定优化解决方案

教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆、自动化、电子工程等相关专业

工作经验：2年以上智驾行业工作经验，1年以上系统工程经验，有L2+量产项目经验优先

技术能力：

• 熟悉ADAS功能(L2及HNOA,UNOA, HPA)以及各个模块的主流算法方案
• 熟悉ADAS传感器性能及其工作原理（摄像头，毫米波雷达，激光雷达，超声波雷达等）
• 熟悉系统工程方法论，掌握需求分析、系统建模、功能划分、接口定义等环节
• 熟悉车辆诊断和通信协议，CAN、LIN、以太网通信协议及诊断协议（UDS）
• 熟悉ADAS系统工程常用相关工具(Git, EA等)
• 熟悉ADAS相关的国内外法规及消费者测试
• 熟悉功能安全(如ISO 26262）/网络安全者优先

其他要求：

• 具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协作能力
• 良好的英语沟通能力
• 有较强的技术评审和风险控制能力者优先
