负责先进驾驶辅助系统（ADAS）的系统设计、集成和验证工作。该职位需要与跨部门团队紧密协作，确保系统性能满足安全性、可靠性和用户体验的要求，推动ADAS技术落地量产。

• 支持行/泊车功能客户规范review和沟通
• 沟通对手件规范(ShareRS)
• 电子电器架构的Review以及Proposal
• 通信矩阵(SOME/IP & CAN)的Propsal & Review
• Valin & Valout 信号和平台信号的mapping
• 车辆Keyinfo的维护
• 对手件降级需求的澄清
• 对系统性问题进行分析并定位到问题模块
• 针对客户需求，维护对应的内部系统需求以及其他文档
• 其他的基础功能的支持（诊断，NM，OTA等话题）

教育背景：本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、电子工程、计算机科学等相关专业。

工作经验：1-3年以上ADAS或自动驾驶相关系统工程经验，有量产项目经验者优先。

技术能力：

• 熟悉ADAS核心组件（摄像头、毫米波雷达、激光雷达、超声波传感器等）及其工作原理。
• 理解系统工程方法论，掌握需求分析、系统建模、功能划分、接口定义等关键环节。
• 熟悉AUTOSAR架构、CAN/LIN/以太网通信协议及诊断协议（UDS等）。
• 具备C/C++、Python等工具或编程能力者优先。

软技能：具备优秀的沟通能力、团队协作能力，能够推动跨部门协同作业，具备较强的问题解决能力和抗压能力
