• 根据ADAS系统（包括行车L2/L2++, 泊车APA/RPA/HPA）需求，功能安全需求以及SOTIF需求，拆解需求并制定车端测试案例
• 根据项目定义解决车端问题，包括软件问题，硬件问题以及对手件问题
• Lead /完成车端测试案例执行
• 通过参数调节优化性能，满足客户以及法规要求
• 对接客户并完成客户需求测试
• 完善测试案例以及测试场景库，并生成测试报告

• 本科及以上（硕士优先），软件工程、计算机，汽车电子，通信等相关专业
• 有ADAS L2++系统架构经验者优先
• 熟悉功能安全，对Fusa以及SOTIF有一定了解
• 有出海智驾项目经验者优先
• 熟知激光雷达/摄像头/毫米波雷达/IMU等工作原理
• 熟知系统需求以及子系统需求分析，熟悉系统架构以及EE架构原理，能够根据系统架构定位车端问题，确保系统需求以及车端应用对齐
• 熟悉功能安全，对Fusa以及SOTIF有一定的了解，熟悉ISO26262以及ISO21448原理，能够根据功能安全对需求进行拆解并制定车端测试案例
• 熟悉ADAS L1/L2功能（ACC/TJA/AEB/LKA/ELK）,了解NCAP及i-VISTA法规，有实车调试经验
• 有Parking匹配调试经验，熟悉APA/RPA/HPA/AVP等泊车功能，有丰富的parking标定经验
• 有L2++测试标定经验，熟悉Highway和Urban场景的领航功能测试验证
• 熟悉L2/L3功能的KPI验证指标
