As an Ad Sales Executive, you'll be one of the first dedicated sellers on our ad sales team. You'll run full-cycle sales. Prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with brands, agencies, and performance marketers who want to reach consumers inside AI experiences.
The category is incredibly interested in what we're doing, so getting meetings is fairly low friction. Your job is to turn that interest into revenue. You'll be learning fast, iterating on the pitch, and closing deals in a category that's being defined in real time.
This is a hands-on, IC role. You'll own your pipeline from day one.
What You'll Do
• Build and manage your own pipeline of advertiser and agency deals through outbound and capturing inbound leads.
• Run the full sales cycle, from first meeting through close
• Deliver pitches that educate buyers on a new ad format in a new category
• Contribute to evolving our sales materials, pricing, and deal structures as we learn what works
• Manage post-sale relationships and identify upsell opportunities
What We're Looking For
• 5-10 years of experience in ad sales as an IC, especially at an ad-tech company.
• Experience selling to either performance focused advertisers or brand advertisers
• Has sold $50k+ per month ad spend contracts before
• Has been at a small startup or early-stage team before
• Is OK joining a company where the product and playbook changes every couple weeks
• You're AI-native yourself. It's a requirement that you know how to use Claude etc. effectively to amplify your efforts and automate your work.
Why This Role Matters
AI is creating an entirely new interface for the internet, and ads are already quickly following the attention. You'll be a part of the ad sales team for the most prominent company in AI adtech today and be a primary revenue driver for the business.
This role will define how advertisers participate in that shift, and you'll be the one opening those doors.
