AD OPERATIONS & PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST

BECOME AN EXPERT IN AI DRIVEN PERFORMANCE MARKETING
Wowsuite GPC is hiring a highly capable Ad Operations & Performance Marketing Specialist to help run and optimize large scale U.S. eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.

This is not a basic marketing job.

You will work directly with the systems behind modern performance marketing:
• AI driven reporting
• Conversion tracking and attribution
• Landing page optimization
• Split testing and CRO
• Funnel analytics
• Ad operations and troubleshooting
• Marketing automation systems

You will gain real experience working on live U.S. campaigns with international teams across media buying, analytics, technology, and optimization.
This role is designed for ambitious people who want to become highly valuable in the future of AI powered marketing and ad tech.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Launch, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across eCommerce and lead generation funnels
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, ROI, and lead quality
• Build reports, dashboards, and AI assisted reporting workflows
• Work with platforms such as Everflow, Google Analytics, Shopify, CRM systems, and attribution tools
• Update landing pages, creatives, and email templates using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Support split testing, CRO initiatives, tracking QA, and operational troubleshooting
• Collaborate daily with international teams in English

WHAT YOU NEED
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Experience launching or optimizing digital campaigns for eCommerce or lead generation
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with campaign data, KPIs, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and ability to execute reliably

BONUS SKILLS
• Python, SQL, AI workflows, or automation scripting
• Experience with Everflow, Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or affiliate marketing platforms
• Experience with CRO, split testing, or reporting automation
