Job Location : - HMumbai
Skills Required:
Windows Operating System troubleshooting and maintenance [Mandatory]
Active Directory : [Mandatory].
o Replication
o Group Policy
o DNS administration
o FSMO Roles
Azure AD :
o Azure Active Directory management
o Azure AD Connect
o Azure AD Conditional Access Policies
o PTA / PHS & Password Protection understanding
Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 and 2016 or later administration [Mandatory].
o Database management
o Mailbox movement
o Mail tracking
o Connectors and Transport rule understanding
Office 365 administration including the following services [Mandatory].
o Intune Mobile Device/Application Management
o Exchange Online Protection Exchange Hybrid Server administration
o Advanced threat protection
o Office 365 security and compliance
o Microsoft Teams administration
o OneDrive for Business administration
Mandatory skills should be included Work in 24*7 environment with rotating shifts
and with no fixed Sat-Sun weekly-offs
Good communications skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas in both
technical and user-friendly language while resolving user queries
Automation experience using PowerShell & RBAC.
Adapt to existing processes and propose process improvement\enhancement ideas
Must have hands - on experience of system administration of Windows server - side
infrastructure, virtual machines, and associated technologies on physical servers.
In support of the deployed cloud systems and environments, create custom scripts to
automate support processes where applicable
If needed escalate to Microsoft and coordinate with them
Microsoft certification will be added advantage
