About the Role

We are looking for a clinically strong, research-driven leader to design all medical protocols, frameworks, and doctor-facing systems. This role is ideal for someone deeply scientific, detail-oriented, and experienced in obesity care, GLP, and evidence-based clinical operations.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Clinical Strategy, Training & Protocol Design

• Design, standardise, and optimise treatment protocols, clinical workflows, and patient care journeys.
• Build structured doctor training content, onboarding modules, and upskilling frameworks.
• Ensure all protocols follow ethical guidelines, GLP principles, and regulatory standards.

Doctor Network Leadership

• Lead doctor hiring strategy, competency framework, and selection standards.
• Build and nurture a strong network of in-house and consultant doctors.
• Mentor, coach, and support doctors on clinical quality and patient management.

Quality, Compliance & Collaboration

• Oversee clinical governance, medical accuracy, and quality benchmarks.
• Work cross-functionally with product, tech, ops, and leadership to integrate clinical excellence.
• Track patient outcomes, treatment efficacy, and feedback to refine protocols.

Requirements

• MBBS required (MD preferred).
• Strong knowledge of obesity medicine, nutrition, weight management, and supplements.
• 6–10 years in clinical operations, medical advisory, or digital health.
• Strong scientific temperament, analytical mindset, excellent communication.
• Bangalore-based, comfortable in a fast-paced hybrid startup culture.
