• Pay Range: $18-$19/hour

• Educate families and staff on the benefits of the Club to maximize resident opportunities.
• Promote resident participation for those who would benefit.
• Work in conjunction with the Activity Director to develop the monthly Club program calendar and Resident Daily Schedule.
• Organize Club outings with activities staff.
•  Arrange for clinical assistance for residents as needed (restroom escorts, medication assistance, etc.)
• Assist in Club dining services to enhance resident dining experience including coordination of mealtimes.
• Set up for and clean up after events and activities.
• Drive vehicle to designated locations as needed.
• Keep records of trips. 
• Submit reports relating to mileage, repairs, gasoline, supplies and usage.
• CNA or experience as caregiver preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certified
• High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must hold valid and applicable state drivers’ license and hold a clean driving record.
