About the Internship
The Action Learning Certification – Growth Analytics is a 3-month, remote internship designed to provide hands-on experience in market research, strategic analysis, and business consulting. Interns will work on a sector-specific Capstone project, guided by internal frameworks, while gaining exposure to high-impact strategic initiatives. This program is ideal for driven individuals looking to build real-world skills in research, data interpretation, and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in onboarding sessions and complete foundational training modules.
Collaborate with mentors and senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives.
Select a sector and develop a Capstone project aligned with the 7-Gate deliverable framework.
Conduct research, analyze data, and produce structured outputs using internal templates.
Attend regular check-ins for feedback and alignment.
Contribute to special projects such as operations audits or benchmarking.
Present final insights and submit a complete project portfolio during the internship close-out.
