Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Acquisition team
• Ensure attraction, onboarding, and retention of high-quality delivery drivers
• Oversee the full acquisition lifecycle (sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and contract finalization)
• Drive team performance and ensure achievement of acquisition targets
• Ensure operational efficiency within a fast-paced logistics environment
• Support business growth through effective execution of acquisition activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in driver recruitment or similar roles
• Experience in fast-paced operations or logistics environments is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
