We’re on the hunt for an Associate Creative Director with the taste of a curator, the brain of a strategist, and the drive of a startup founder.
This isn’t a "manage the team and sign off decks" kind of gig. At SUP3RNOVA, you’ll be leading breakthrough ideas from spark to spotlight — shaping narratives, crafting visuals, directing talent, and mentoring creatives to push past the expected.

🪄 What You’ll Do
Lead concept development for campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional
Collaborate closely with strategy, accounts, and production to align creative with client objectives
Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team — art directors, copywriters, designers, and AI collaborators
Present and sell ideas with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight
Maintain creative consistency across all touchpoints and deliverables
Provide hands-on creative direction during production (video shoots, edits, photoshoots, etc.)
Push for innovation in execution — exploring AI, new formats, and emerging platforms
Uphold a high standard of craft while embracing agility and speed
🥷🏻 What You Bring
5–8 years of creative experience with at least 1–2 years in a senior or leadership role
Portfolio that demonstrates conceptually strong, beautifully executed work across multiple channels
Fluent in both Spanish and English — creatively and strategically
Experience leading teams and growing talent, not just delivering the work yourself
Proven ability to pitch, present, and win hearts and minds
Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and platform-specific best practices
Comfort working in a hybrid creative environment (physical + virtual)
🛸 Bonus Points
Experience with global brands, CPG, music, or government/social campaigns
Proficiency or interest in AI creative tools (Runway, Midjourney, etc.)
Background in both art direction and copy, or experience directing both disciplines
