You will
Process monthly rent rolls, recurring payments, and tenant rent, fees, and other receivables across multiple properties
Monitor tenant accounts and follow up on outstanding balances, late payments, and delinquencies.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate tenant and account records in Yardi.
Assist with monthly closing activities and reporting related to accounts receivable.
Process manual billings, adjustments, chargebacks, and percentage rate billings.
Input and maintain tenant information from Lease Abstracts and Tenant Change Forms.
Liaise with Property Management, Lease Administration, and Accounting teams to resolve billing or account issues.
Assist with audit requirements and maintain supporting documentation for internal controls and audits.
Perform bank runs and other ad hoc projects as required.
You have
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Basic Accounting knowledge
The ability to work in a team
The ability to efficiently handle high volume
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience using Yardi (preferred)
Property Management Accounts Receivable experience (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and Word

Salary Range: $55,000 - $58,000 per year estimated, based on experience.
