Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our amazing team in Marshall!
This isn’t just a desk job—it’s a chance to help our patients access the care they need while keeping our health center running smoothly. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring patient accounts are accurate, payments are processed on time, and billing is a breeze for everyone involved.
What You’ll Do:
💼 Manage patient account payments with accuracy and care
💼 Verify CPT codes using the ICD-10 coding system
💼 Solve billing issues and collaborate with staff to keep things running smoothly
💼 Support the finance and administrative team to help the Health Center thrive

What We're Looking For:
✅ High School Diploma or equivalent (Medical Coding Certification preferred)
✅ Previous billing experience is a plus
✅ Highly organized, detail-focused, and committed to accuracy
✅ Passionate about helping others and making a difference in your community
🕒 Enjoy a Great Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM
(Hello, long weekends!)
