The Job in a Nutshell💡

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing customer accounts, improving cash collection, and ensuring the accuracy of receivables records. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external customers to resolve discrepancies, monitor outstanding balances, and support timely financial reporting.

What You Will Do 💡

• Manage accounts receivable and collection activities .
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and customer payments .
• Prepare aging analysis and reconcile customer balances .
• Prepare regular collection and receivable reports .
• Communicate with customers regarding payments and discrepancies .
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system .
• Support month-end closing related to accounts receivable .

Requirements:
What Are We Looking For ❓

• Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and collections
• Good understanding of invoicing, payments, and customer balances
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
