Accounts Receivable Representative (True Bookkeeper)

We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable Representative (True Bookkeeper) to manage invoicing, collections, and accurate financial records for a fast-paced, 24/7 logistics operation. This role focuses on maintaining clean AR, improving cash flow, and supporting month-end accuracy.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time
• Manage accounts receivable, apply payments, and reconcile customer accounts
• Follow up on outstanding balances and handle collections professionally
• Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Support month-end close, reporting, and audit requests
• Coordinate with sales and operations to resolve billing discrepancies

Requirements:
• Proven experience in accounts receivable and bookkeeping
• Strong understanding of invoicing, payments, and AR reconciliation
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Professional communication skills for customer follow-ups
• Experience in transportation or logistics accounting preferred
