Position Outline
Join a growing company as an AP/AR Officer, where you’ll manage end‑to‑end financial records, reporting, reconciliations, and vendor relationships. This role suits someone detail‑oriented, analytical, and confident using modern accounting tools. You’ll support budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and cross‑functional teams while helping improve financial processes within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Maintain accurate financial records, including AP/AR, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and proper documentation.
• Monitor and reconcile cash flow and accounts regularly.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Generate timely financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements) to support performance assessments.
• Assist in preparing, monitoring, and analyzing budgets across business units.
• Monitor expenses, identify variances, and recommend cost‑saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams on financial forecasts and projections.
Compliance & Process Improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help enhance financial workflows.
• Work cross‑functionally to provide financial insights and support decision‑making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven finance/accounting experience; experience in retail or hospitality is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and time‑management skills.
