As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting the financial health of the business in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

Process customer invoices, payments, and vendor bills accurately and on time

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances in a professional manner

Process vendor payments and maintain accurate accounts payable records

Reconcile accounts and investigate any billing discrepancies

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding billing and payment questions

Assist with reports, filing, and other administrative support for the accounting team

Jump in where needed — we’re a team that helps each other out!

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting support (2+ years preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable using
Microsoft Office, especially Excel; accounting software experience is a plus

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Great communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
