Accounts Receivable

We are a fast-growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider with over 1,000 B2B customers in Canada and around the world. To support our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Payables Analyst to join our Finance team in Guadalajara.

This role will focus on managing the accounting, taxation, and compliance of our Mexican subsidiary.

The Reality:

You’ll own billing, reconciliations, and revenue processes end-to-end.

You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance—alignment matters as much as accuracy.

You’ll have direct access to leadership, minimal red tape, and the chance to make an immediate impact.

Precision and accountability matter more than routine; we move fast, but numbers must always balance.

Your Mission: Keep our revenue engine running smoothly by ensuring every invoice, reconciliation, and report is accurate, on time, and compliant.

You’ll be:

Managing mass, special, and recurring billing cycles.

Reconciling income, expenses, and payments with accounting precision.

Processing large payment applications efficiently.

Handling invoice requests, cancellations, and customer portal uploads.

Recording month-end provisions and reclassifications (QUO).

Maintaining the sales interface and registering bank expenses.

Supporting accounting with supplier provisions and both local & international reporting.

Core Responsibilities:

Billing & Invoicing: Own the billing process across multiple revenue streams.

Reconciliation & Accuracy: Ensure every peso/dollar is tracked and reconciled.

Revenue Operations: Optimize systems like CONTPAQi, Comercial, HubSpot, and Google Sheets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Success and Finance to ensure customers and reports are always aligned.

Continuous Improvement: Spot inefficiencies, propose improvements, and make them happen.

You’re Perfect If You:

✓ Have 5+ years in billing/accounting roles, ideally in SaaS or fast-paced industries.

✓ Doer mindset
✓ Can handle high-volume transactions without losing accuracy.
✓ Are fluent in CONTPAQi, Comercial, Google Sheets, and email platforms (HubSpot a plus).
✓ Have intermediate English (you’ll interact with international teams).
✓ Value proactivity, precision, and teamwork.
