Position Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Billing Representative to join our team. This role will manage client billing, monitor receivables, resolve payment issues, and support subscription and customer payment operations to help maintain healthy cash flow and exceptional client experience.

Job Duties:

Reconcile monthly vendor statements to internal billing records and resolve discrepancies

Coordinate customer calls and route them to the appropriate team

Coordinate escalations with customers, payors, and internal teams to obtain supporting documentation and finalize disputed balances

Escalate complex issues appropriately

Use CRM/ticketing system to log, track, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

Support month-end close activities and assist with audit requests

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, billing, customer payment operations, or related roles

Ability to work onsite from our Bonita Springs, FL office Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Attention to detail and comfort with numbers, bookkeeping and subscription billing programs

Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management

Nice to Have:

Experience with EMR/EHR systems and knowledge of healthcare workflows and industry-specific requirements
