Role: Accounts Receivable Assistant
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week: (Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm)
Location: Bangalore, India (hybrid allowing for 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home)
Salary: Competitive and negotiable dependent on experience, plus company benefits
Interview Process: 2 stage (Virtual and Face-to-face)

A successful Accounts Receivable Assistant will possess strong administration skills with previous experience working within an AR team an advantage.
Key responsibilities:
• Producing customer invoices and credit notes
• Uploading sales documents on to appropriate client portals
• Liaising with customers to assist with query resolution
• Coordinating with other departments to problem solve
• Maintaining client records on internal database
• Nurturing stronger relationships with existing clients
• Assisting with the credit control element of the AR function
• Processing online credit card payments from clients on our platform
• Developing ideas to improve overall efficiency
Skills and experience:
• Previous experience working within a busy environment in a similar accounts receivable position
• Competent with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to be proactive and make decisions
• A self-starter who can take initiative
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail
