Position Overview:

We are looking for a new employee for the accounting team. As part of the Cash Application / Cash Collection team, you will participate in the recording and compliance control of our organization's accounting information, and particularly the accounting flows related to customer transactions.

Accounting of Customer Payments;

Analysis and correction of customer receipts over past periods;

Reminder of customers on overdue;

Update of the customer database;

Follow-up and processing of Customer emails;

Participate in the improvement of processes;

Participate in the daily tasks of the accounts receivable accounting department.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

With a bachelor’s degree in accounting, you have the first successful experience.

With a fluent level of English and a good command of Excel, you are organized, rigorous and autonomous.

Knowledge of Netsuite software would be a plus.
