Primary Responsibilities
Assist with the full accounts payable cycle – including receipt of invoices, verification, vendor communication, and processing of cheque payment
Process accounts payable invoices
Prepare and execute cheque runs
Respond to various vendor inquires (both email and phone calls)
Prepare accounts receivable reconciliations
Manage collections
Cash application
Prepare billing for customers
Meeting individual customer needs when billing – (i.e. single weekly invoicing, special reporting, proof of deliveries, commercial invoices etc.)
Prepare bank reconciliations
Other accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications / Experience Required
In-progress post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting, business, economics or a related field; OR minimum 2 years’ experience working in customer service / office environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Intermediate Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously with ease

Please note that this position requires attendance in-office at our location in Mississauga, ON 5 days per week.
