Accounts Payable Specialist

Fox Cities Builders is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our financial operations across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment coordination

Review vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships

Process weekly payments, including checks, ACH, and Positive Pay submissions

Oversee credit card transactions, approvals, and monthly reconciliations

Maintain fuel system records, reporting, and employee access

Support intercompany invoicing and project-related billing/reporting

Assist with annual 1099 processing and ongoing reporting needs

Collaborate with internal teams and participate in company meetings

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Solid communication and problem-solving skills

Accounting/AP experience preferred
