Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to support our client’s finance operations. This role involves handling accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, expense management, and financial data entry. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in finance or accounting support roles and is comfortable working with accounting systems while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy in coding, approvals, and data entry
Upload and process expense claims in accounting systems
Assist with month-end reporting and financial processes
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Provide administrative support for audits and financial reporting
Handle general accounts administration tasks and support finance operations
Perform additional finance-related duties as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or finance administration
Experience using accounting systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, COINS, or similar)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
Good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
