Integrity is actively recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our expanding team.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks for the finance team, including, but not limited to, posting invoices in NetSuite/Foundry, handling all payables, answering phones and emails, greeting customers, and providing general clerical support.
This position will report directly to the Controller.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Tracking outstanding payable invoices that are distributed to other departments for approval
Respond to payment inquiry emails and log them into NetSuite
Post invoices in NetSuite/Foundry, and file afterwards
Handle all subcontracting invoices
Process all payables and file
Internal billing
Handle RPRA Account
Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer general phone inquiries in a professional manner, and direct as required
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and financial processes
Experience utilizing accounting softwares
Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication and organizational skills
