Location: Windsor, ON
2 Month Contract
Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Accounts Payable Administrator in our Windsor, Ontario facility. The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the processing of invoices through a computerized accounting system and prepare cheques for payment of invoices. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:
Timely Processing of invoices using system three-way match process and manual approvals.
Resolve problems/discrepancies related to invoices
Generate weekly cheque runs.
Perform reconciliation of statements provided by vendors.
Communication with vendors regarding open invoices, pending payment and open issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
Working knowledge spreadsheet software, such as Excel
Experience using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication & organizational skills
A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals
Preferred Qualifications:
Two (2) year diploma in accounting
One (1) year experience in an accounts payable position
The pay range for this role is $23.00/hour to $30.00/hour.
