We're looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Administrator to support our growing team from May – December 18, 2026, with the possibility of permanent full time. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Accounts Payable Administrator has broad based experience across all facets of accounts payable, with significant knowledge of best business practices in the use of purchase orders, processing of invoices, administration of employee expenses, initiation of payments, and management of vendor relationships, as well as the set up and maintenance of accounts payable systems to facilitate all of these. The Accounts Payable Administrator is integral in helping the organization meet its strategic initiatives and commitments by providing a key link between external vendors and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of vendor data.
Review and process vendor banking change documentation
Support vendor set up process for SAGE 300
Support daily invoice processing for all vendor groups via AP Portal
Processing of EFT documentation, including verbal attestation
Ensure queries from internal stakeholders and vendors are addressed daily
Responsible for the validity, completeness, and accuracy of the AP subledger and Assigned vendor reconciliations
Assist in the month end close AP process as is required
Support the annual audit process for vendor documentation
Assist employees with accounts payable and EFT processes and policies.
Ensure the highest level of professional communication and service to vendors, employees, and business partners.
Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in accounting or business administration.
Ability to maneuver effectively in a fast-paced, high-functioning environment, while prioritizing and delivering multiple requests at the same time.
Experience with Sage 300.
Experience with integrated accounts payable systems and high-volume transactions
High integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information.

Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel.
Tools, Systems, Equipment and Machinery:
Office Equipment (Photocopier, laptop, computer);
Accounting Programs (Sage 300, AP Portal); and
MS Office 365 Programs (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
Physical Requirements:
Long periods of sitting, data entry, computer work for extended periods. You are responsible to work in a safe and proper manner utilizing Workplace Ergonomics to avoid injury to oneself and to others.
