Position: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintain comprehensive financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports related to cash flow, aging reports, and account reconciliations.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AP/AR operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices in AP/AR.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and client relations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
