About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer (AP/AR) to support day-to-day AP operations for an Australian client. This role focuses on invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate financial records, working closely with a small and collaborative finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Process and code supplier invoices using Baseplan and Affinda (automation tools)
Perform supplier, customer, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
Maintain positive and professional relationships with suppliers and respond to queries in a timely manner
Complete bank statement and cashbook reconciliations, including journal postings
Support general finance and accounting tasks as required by management or the client
Ensure AP receipting is completed weekly and the AP mailbox is maintained within agreed thresholds
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in Australian AP role is anadvantage.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday-Friday, 7AM - 4PM).
