Currently we have openings for “Accounts Assistant” position with reputed MNC Infrastructure Company for Bangalore Location.

About Company:

Our Client Company is ISO 9001-2008 certified company and has established itself as India's premier manufacturer, distributors & retailers of a wide range of steel products, ranging from tubes, flat & long products to welding rods, decorative
fabrication products and roofing solutions.

Desired Education Qualification: Any Graduate/PG

Experience required: 6months -2 years

Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

Preparing statutory accounts.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
Managing petty cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.

Prepare and verify daily reports
Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry
Prepare authorized refund vouchers
Compile monthly reports
Investigate and collect returned items
Maintain returned check account
Maintain chargeback account
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
