• Enter financial data: sales, purchases, expenses, and other routine transactions

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account monitoring

• Prepare client invoicing, follow up on payments, and issue reminders as needed

• Reconcile and manage corporate credit cards

• Prepare and reconcile payroll

• Prepare GST/QST returns and other tax obligations

• Monitor accounts payable and follow up on outstanding balances

• Prepare monthly reports

• Support month-end closing and preparation of financial information for management

• Participate in improving accounting processes and implementing internal controls

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and tax regulations

• Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure accurate and high-quality data

• Saisir les données financières : ventes, achats, dépenses et autres transactions courantes

• Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires mensuels et suivi des comptes

• Préparer la facturation clients, suivre les paiements et relancer si nécessaire

• Rapprocher et gérer les cartes de crédit corporatives

• Préparer et rapprocher la paie

• Préparer les déclarations GST/QST et autres obligations fiscales

• Suivre les comptes fournisseurs et effectuer les relances

• Préparer des rapports mensuels 

• Supporter la clôture mensuelle et la préparation des informations financières pour la direction

• Participer à l’amélioration des processus comptables et à la mise en place de contrôles internes

• Assurer la conformité des pratiques comptables aux politiques de l’entreprise et aux normes fiscales

• Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe financière pour garantir la précision et la qualité des données

Requirements: 

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in general accounting 

• Proficiency in Dext 

• Knowledge of payroll and tax principles (GST/QST) 

• Accuracy, autonomy, organizational skills 

• Good communication in French and English 

• Xero is an asset

• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité générale 

• Maîtrise de Dext 

• Connaissance des principes de paie et de fiscalité (TPS/TVQ) 

• Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation 

• Bonne communication en français et en anglais 

• Xero est un atout
