Job Description
Since Daruma Corporation was established in 1986, we were engaged in export, the consulting & management of office / factories. After 1991, our main business became construction (mainly Japanese companies).
Today, we make sure on construction that we provide
(1) fine / detailed service
(2) including maintenance works
(3) and better quality work than other companies
(4) at reasonable prices.
Our objectives are to win trust from clients and to attain sound growth & long lasting stability, which we believe will provide peace of mind / trust to our clients.
• Prepare adequate accounting records and internal control.
• Document sales invoices, delivery receipts and production reports.
• Process accounts payables, check payments and payroll records.
• Accountable for releasing of checks.
• Generate accurate financial reports and ensure timely tax compliance.
• Prepare timekeeping and payroll of workers in weekly manner.
• Act as front desk and answers telephone calls.
• Candidate must be an Accounting Graduate
• Advance computer skills specially in MS Word and Excel
• Have good communication skills
• Must have the ability to keep confidential information
• Female, not more than 30 years old
• At least 6mos to 1 year of experience in the related field
• Honest and flexible
• Must be willing to work in Pasay City
