Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Accounting & Reporting Professional - International Markets to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Accounting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, accruals, and provisions
• Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes within agreed timelines
• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounting estimates
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies
• Financial Reporting
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Deliver management reports with clear variance analysis and commentary
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across systems and reports
• Business & Stakeholder Support
• Partner with FP&A, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between accounting and business performance
• Provide accounting guidance on complex transactions
• Support new business initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements
• Systems & Process Improvement
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, or automation initiatives
• Ensure data integrity and strong documentation of accounting policies and procedures
• Team & Leadership
• Supervise, coach, and develop accounting team members
• Review team output and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or business administration
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
