Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic accounting & reporting Epert to join our Budget, accounting & reconciliation Team of COO Office

The responsibility of this team is to reconcile all the accounts related to process we have in our COO Domain while the way of working is based on azure to manage our priorities and capacity the best way possible

Your key responsibilities:

As an Accounting & reporting epert you will:

Balance of the daily settlement of transactions such as transfers (SEPA & SWIFTS), Checks, Bizum, Twyp & others ensuring the conformity of the amount
Analysis and resolution of localized differences in the daily settlement
Inventory of several products such as mortgages & loans with their respective quote’s conciliation
Detection and monitoring of the operations involved in the process
Support to process owners any relevant accounting difference
Report closing balances to finance justifying any relevant difference with their risk threshold.
Participate internal projects defining requirements to maintain the operative and testing results

While contributing to improvements in our actual processes to decrease the amount of manual load and become a team more dedicated to analysis

+4 years of eperience on accounting/audit department, banking sector e

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para incorporarse como Accounting & Reporting Epert en el equipo de Budget, Accounting & Reconciliation del COO Office.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es conciliar todas las cuentas relacionadas con los procesos que tenemos en nuestro dominio COO, mientras que nuestra forma de trabajar se basa en Azure para gestionar nuestras prioridades y capacidad de la mejor manera posible.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como Accounting & Reporting Epert, tus funciones serán:

Balance del settlement diario de transacciones como transferencias (SEPA & SWIFTS), cheques, Bizum, Twyp y otras, asegurando la conformidad del importe.
Análisis y resolución de diferencias localizadas en el settlement diario.
Inventario de varios productos como hipotecas y préstamos con su respectiva conciliación de cuotas.
Detección y seguimiento de las operaciones implicadas en el proceso.
Apoyo a las personas responsables de procesos ante cualquier diferencia contable relevante.
Reporte de saldos de cierre a Finanzas, justificando cualquier diferencia relevante con su umbral de riesgo.
Participación en proyectos internos definiendo requisitos para mantener la operativa y testear resultados.

Todo ello contribuyendo a la mejora de nuestros procesos actuales para reducir la carga manual y convertirnos en un equipo más enfocado al análisis.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

Más de 4 años de eperiencia en departamentos de contabilidad/auditoría; e
periencia en el sector bancario es un plus.
Grado universitario en contabilidad.
Contribución proactiva para mejorar nuestros procesos actuales.
Apoyo y colaboración con compañer
s de tu CoE y otras áreas del COO.
Seguimiento cercano de la evaluación de riesgos a lo largo del proceso, asegurando una ecelente e
periencia para la clientela.
Simplificación de soluciones y procesos, comunicando claramente a stakeholders internacionales.
Aplicación de tu eperiencia en un conte
to de transformación cambiante para lograr resultados.
Colaboración estrecha con compañers de ING para entregar resultados en plazos e
igentes.
Ser embajador/a de nuestra cultura mostrando los comportamientos del Orange Code.
