Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to lead and support accounting-related service operations and people management processes. This role blends operational leadership, reporting, audit support, KPI analysis, and team development, with a strong focus on process improvement and readiness of supervisors and leaders for future roles. The ideal candidate has experience leading teams, is highly analytical, excels in Excel, communicates effectively in English (B2–C1), and is comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support supervisors and POCs in interview and selection processes (Supervisors, Senior Managers)
• Coordinate with the recruiting team to review hiring pipelines and resume volume
• Support and participate in audit review processes
• Analyze ActiveTrak dashboards, provide audit data, and create action plans to address findings
• Design resource plans outlining how, when, and what resources are required for new projects or processes
• Propose and implement improvements to accounting reports (e.g., Weekly Completion Reports)
• Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Conduct periodic KPI reviews and track goal achievement
• Prepare and manage absence and attendance reports
• Lead annual performance review processes, including goal and rating reviews and approval workflows
• Manage salary increase processes:
1. Proration calculations
2. Compensation tickets and system updates
3. Employee notifications and required documentation
• Prepare supervisors and team leaders for next-level roles through coaching and guidance
• Update and maintain policies and procedure documentation
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal standards
• Work closely with internal and external departments to align operational goals
Required Qualifications
• B2–C1 English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience leading teams
• Strong experience with operational reporting and KPI tracking
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
• Proven ability to coach and develop accounting or operations teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professional judgment
