Job Description

Fortune 500 Health Care provider.

Business Partner to the IT Finance Group leading efforts in support of the continuous improvements of the underlying financial systems related to the Company’s ~$1B in annual cash flow and ~$7B in revenue and associated profits. This individual will have technical accounting expertise, assist in implementing new accounting standards and analyze evolving interpretations in support of the external reporting team. In addition, this individual is expected to effectively collaborate with the New Business Development team to execute the integration of the company’s acquisitions and strategic alliances and work closely with the project teams responsible for completing the integration onto Companies financial systems and reporting structure. The responsibility of managing and preparing all US Government reporting will be coordinated through this role.

• 4-Year College Degree in Accounting

• CPA / MBA Required

• Work Experience:

• 6-8+ years mix of public (Big 4) and private accounting experience

• Demonstrated expertise and leadership in Financial Reporting and Consolidation.

110-120k plus bonus
