Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our core accounting operations and lead a small offshore team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of key accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and the month-end close process.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and enjoys both managing people and driving operational excellence across global teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a small accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and oversight

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Own and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting outputs

• Prepare and organize audit deliverables and support external audit processes

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards

• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability

• Support communication and coordination across time zones with offshore team members

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required

• CPA or path to CPA is a plus

• Experience with NetSuite is a plus

• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team (including offshore teams is a plus)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across global teams

The following compensation information is provided to comply with job posting disclosure requirements in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California.
Base Pay Range: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00, base pay will vary depending on several factors, such as the position, location, qualifications of the individual, market conditions, and other operational business requirements.Range is dependent on the leveling process during the interview process.
