Financial Services Firm needs an Accounting Manager.

 Review accounting records and financial statements

 Review compliance reporting

 Review capital call & distribution calculations and letters

 Prepare accounting records, schedules and reports

 Mentor and develop accounting staff

 Coordinate deliverables with Investor Relations

 Assist clients with questions and needs

 BS Degree in Accounting

• CPA or CPA candidate preferred

 7-10 years of experience with Private Equity and Fund Administration

 GAAP accounting

 Advanced Excel skills

Salary to commensurate with experience
