Ensure complete accuracy of the general ledger
Mentor and develop staff
Oversee the monthly close, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
Improve the book-close process
Analyze financial statements and report variances
Review account reconciliations, schedules, public filings, journal entries and other accounting duties
Improve processes in the accounting department, streamlining work flow and standardizing reporting
3 – 4 years public accounting experience with Big 4 or Second Tier firm absolutely required
BS in Accounting
7– 10 years of overall accounting experience
CPA preferred
Strength in financial modeling with Excel
Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Leadership experience
Energetic personality
$100K plus bonus
