Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

As an Accounting Manager (m/f/d), you will be a part of our Central Accounting team. You will be responsible for leading complex reporting activities, reviewing IFRS adjustments, and driving improvements across the month‑end close process by acting as a trusted expert to the team, providing technical guidance while partnering closely with auditors and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality financial outcomes.

About the Role

• Oversee the validation of balance sheet accounts and evaluate the completeness and accuracy of monthly financial reporting deliverables

• Review IFRS-related adjustments and compile the accompanying disclosure notes in alignment with international reporting standards

• Provide technical accounting leadership to the team, offering guidance on complex issues and driving final decisions on appropriate treatments

• Lead initiatives to optimize, streamline, and harmonize the month-end close workflow across processes and teams

• Support various specialized accounting initiatives and contribute expertise to ad‑hoc financial analysis or project requests

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for both statutory and group-level audit activities, ensuring timely coordination and high-quality documentation

About You

• Min 7 years work experience in accounting and/or auditing

• Bachelor/Master degree in accounting

• Solid knowledge in IFRS

• Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, self-starter

• Fluent English language skills
