Als unser Accounting Generalist (w/m/d) unterstützt du die Bereiche Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Debitorenbuchhaltung, Anlagenbuchhaltung und den Monatsabschluss. Neben der Sicherstellung reibungsloser Finanzprozesse spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Optimierung von Abläufen und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Systems NetSuite. Mit Motivation und Flexibilität bringst du dich aktiv in Prozesse ein und gestaltest ihre Entwicklung und Optimierung mit.

• Steuere den Accounts-Payable-Prozess, indem du Eingangsrechnungen prüfst, kontierst und buchst sowie das AP-Postfach betreust.

• Verantworte den Accounts-Receivable-Prozess, indem du Ausgangsrechnungen erstellst, Gutschriften vorbereitest, Anfragen klärst und das AR-Postfach betreust.

• Trage zum Monatsabschluss bei, indem du AP- und AR-bezogene Buchungen vorbereitest (z. B. Abgrenzungen, Vorauszahlungen, Umsatzabgrenzungen).

• Führe Abstimmungen im Hauptbuch durch.

• Verantworte Mahnläufe sowie Prozesse zur Steuerung und Lösung überfälliger Forderungen.

• Bearbeite Reisekosten über Spendesk.

• Begleite die Jahresabschlussprüfung.
