We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in accounting and finance. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and records
• Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
